One of the top priorities for NSD in the delivery of depository services is providing entitlement processing to securityholders in a prompt and timely fashion, thus enabling securityholders to take part in their companies’ activities.

For that purpose, NSD has put in place and continues to develop a system designed to timely notify its customers of all events relating to issuers and their securities, and the corporate actions undertaken by issuers.  Through this system, our participants and their customers receive complete and relevant information on all corporate actions by the issuers of securities handled by NSD.

The range of entitlement services NSD provides to its participants and their customers is as follows:

• services relating to issuers' corporate actions;
• execution of participants’ instructions regarding the exercise of their rights;
• proxy voting services, etc.
