Execution time for instructions under Form MF190 using bank accounts in a foreign bank: from 9:00 to 19:30.

Execution time for other instructions and/or trade register: from 9:00 to 19:45.

The times for acceptance and/or execution of the trade register may be established by an agreement concluded between the clearing organization and an authorized person in accordance with paragraph 38.11 of the Clearing Rules.

The execution time for instructions and/or the trade register may be changed by the clearing organization if necessary to conduct an additional clearing session, to conduct a clearing session regardless of whether settlements based on clearing results from the previous clearing session have been completed, as well as in other cases stipulated by the Clearing Rules.

Please also note that according to paragraph 25.8 of the Clearing Rules, instructions under Form MF190 in the form of electronic documents received after 18:30 of the current operating day may be executed by the clearing organization on the next operating day.
