MOSCOW – National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, announces that its Supervisory Board at the meeting held 21 August appointed Anatoly Karachinsky, President of IBS-Group, as Chairman of NSD’s Technological and Development Committee. Mr. Karachinsky is to nominate his candidates to the Committee by 3 September.
The Supervisory Board’s members approved the idea of performing of duties of a member of RTS Settlement Chamber’s Board of Directors by Irina Veremeyenko, Chief Accountant, Director of Accounting Department, NSD.
The Supervisory Board also approved NSD’s Clearing Rules and tariffs for clearing services which will be effective after registration with Russia’s Federal Financial Markets Service.
