1. Basic FpML schemes, used as a basis for message formats by NSD’s trade repository, are specified during the additional consultations with ISDA and SWIFT experts. Specified schemes are based on FpML’s “Recordkeeping View” representation, developed by ISDA for submitting information to the trade repository. Such changes in the schemes should allow to separate names of the FpML standard and NSD’s trade repository extensions, required by the Russian legislation.

2. On request from the members of the technological workgroup under NSD’s Repository committee additional version of the Quarterly report form (shortTermTradesReport) is developed for valuation. The major change in such report is an ability to stipulate obligations of the parties under different product type. During May – June 2013 NSD is accepting remarks and proposals from the market participants on the mentioned report type. This new Quarterly report will be valuated at the Repository committee.

3. NSD prepared new integrated xsd-schemes containing FpML-equivalent format description with annotations in Russian and list of distinctions from the schemes, published on 29 April, 2013. Additional information is available at message format xsd-schemes. Changes in the scheme is done under previously published Plan for transition to a new message formats.
