MOSCOW – "The National Depository Center" (Closed Joint Stock Company) (NDC), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, reports that its Board of Directors at the meeting held 16 August elected the members of NDC's BoD Committees.
The Committee on Human Resources Issues and Remuneration now includes the following persons:

Alexander Ikonnikov has been elected the Chairman of the Committee on Human Resources Issues and Remuneration.

Yuri Dubin has been elected the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
NDC's directors approved a report on NDC shareholders' claims on redemption of their shares and amended NDC's budget for 2010.
