NDC own capital and reserves calculated according to Russian Accounting Standards reached RUB708,328 thousand as of 31 March, 2006

Revenue of Not-for-Profit Partnership “The National Depository Center” calculated according to Russian Accounting Standards for the first quarter 2006 reached 180 million 840 thousand rubles and increased by 52.5% compared to last year. Net profit has amounted 83 million 180 thousand rubles raised 72% agains the last year. NDC own capital and reserves grew by 13.3% and as of 31 March 2006 reached 708 million 328 thousand rubles, own assets calculated according to FSFM methodology – 692 million 732 thousand rubles. Market value of securities serviced at NDC as of 31 March, 2006 reached 2 trillion 177 billion rubles or $78.4 billion.

Total number of customers’ accounts opened at NDC in the three months of 2006 increased with 21 and reached 1,453 from which 540 were interdepository accounts.
