NSD Accepts St. Petersburg Government Bonds for Servicing

MOSCOW – National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, reports that on 18 November it accepted for servicing St. Petersburg government bonds (bearer coupon bonds with obligatory centralized custody with permanent coupon income; bond issue state registration number RU25038GSP0, ISIN RU000A0JR4V7). The placement of the bond issue is to be held on 25 November.

NSD acts as the settlement depository with regard to St. Petersburg government bonds, i.e. it conducts depository operations on transactions held through Stock company Saint-Petersburg Currency Exchange, a trade organizer in securities market.  St. Petersburg Settlement Depository Center CJSC is an authorized depository providing centralized safekeeping of the global certificate.
