On 19 December 2018, a meeting of the Supervisory Board of National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia’s central securities depository, was held.
The Supervisory Board formed new customer committees.

The Supervisory Board considered and took into account the report on preliminary results of NSD’s operations for 2018, and determined the company’s priority business areas for 2019.
The Supervisory Board approved:
- NSD’s Income, Expense and Capex Budget for 2019;
- Plan of NSD’s Internal Audit Department Activities for 2019;
- New versions of NSD’s Business Continuity Policy and Business Continuity Strategy;
- A new version of the Fee Schedule for NSD's Information Services.
The Supervisory Board made a decision to cancel the Fee Schedule for NSD’s Services under an Agreement for the Provision of Services to a Bondholders’ Representative (which had been approved by the Supervisory Board of NSD on 24 April 2015, Minutes No. 5/2015).
The Supervisory Board recommended that PJSC Moscow Exchange MICEX-RTS sell three NSD shares it owns to the following organizations (given that each new shareholder receives one share):
- JSC Russian Regional Development Bank;
- RSHB Asset Management LLC;
- RON Invest LLC.
The Supervisory Board extended the term of office for Irina Veremeyenko, Chief Accountant, Director of the Accounting and Reporting Department, as a member of NSD’s Executive Board, until 1 May 2021 (inclusive).
