MOSCOW - National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, has approved a List of Insider Information. This development complies with the Clause 3 of the Federal Law No. 224-FZ "On Counteracting the Abuse of Insider Information and Market Manipulation and Amendment of Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" put into effect on 31 July, 2011.
The approved document, as well as NSD's Order of Access to Insider Information and Rules of Confidentiality of Insider Information and Control over Compliance with Requirements of the Federal Law No. 224-FZ dated 27 July, 2010 and Related Regulatory Acts, are available at NSD's web site (in Russian).

National Settlement Depository (NSD) is the largest settlement depository in Russia, a part of the MICEX Group, servicing on-exchange and OTC transactions with all types of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers and providing settlement services to participants in financial markets of the Russian Federation.
