On 21 June, a meeting of the members of the Customer Committee (CSD Customer Committee) of National Settlement Depository (NSD) was held. The participants of the meeting discussed the proposed amendments to NSD’s Tariffs for depository services.
The Customer Committee considered draft Tariffs for depository services and draft Tariffs for services related to conducting operations with securities in respect of which the CSD nominee account was opened, or with regard to which NSD acts as an entity providing mandatory centralized custody of securities. The members of the Committee recommended to update the draft Tariffs in accordance with the Committee’s respective recommendations.
The Committee proposed to improve the draft Tariffs in respect of inventory operations and safekeeping of securities without market value. The Committee also recommended to consider a procedure of settlements related to transferring Gazprom OJSC shares from NSD account opened with Gazprombank OJSC depository due to opening the CSD nominee account in the Gazprom OJSC register.
