NSD Reports Results of Its Supervisory Board's Meeting

MOSCOW – National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, announces results of the meeting of the company's Supervisory Board held 23 July.

The participants of the meeting made decision to terminate powers of Natalia Abretova and Yekaterina Anisimova, members of the Customer Committee for Registrar and Depository Relations, and elected the new members of the Committee – Yuliya Davydova, Head of Accounting and Control Department of Depository, ROSBANK (OJSC JSCB), and Larisa Gorbacheva, Director, Chief of Depository Department, ZAO Citibank. The decision has been made following ROSBANK (OJSC JSCB) and ZAO Citibank's recommendations.

The members of the Board took into consideration a report for 1H 2012 submitted by NSD’s Internal Audit Division, and a report for 2Q 2012 presented by NSD's Controller.
