On 22 July 2014, the Supervisory Board of National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia’s central securities depository, elected new members of the CSD Customer Committee with the one year term of powers beginning on 28 July 2014. The new Committee now includes the following persons:

The Committee was formed on the basis of requirements to the procedure of forming the CSD Customer Committee approved by the Order #12-13/pz-n by the Federal Financial Markets Service of the Russian Federation dated 15 March 2012, and given the Instruction # AK/35134 by the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service dated 15 September 2011 and the Regulations on the Committee.
The Supervisory Board elected new members of the NSD Supervisory Board Committees:
- Budget Committee;
- Audit Committee;
- Nomination and Remuneration Committee;
- Technological Policy and Development Committee.

NSD Supervisory Board made a resolution to consent to:
- holding by E.V. Astanin, Chairman of the Executive Board of NSD, positions of the member of the Board of the NSMA SRO, the Board of Directors of PSC CJSC, the Exchange Council of SPCEX CJSC, and the Board of Directors of DCC CJSC;
- holding by I.E. Veremeyenko, Chief Accountant, Director of the Accounting and Reporting Department, member of the Executive Board of NSD, positions of the member of the Board of Directors of DCC CJSC and the Board of Directors of RTS Settlement Chamber NBCO (CJSC).
The Supervisory Board took into consideration the Activities Report for Q2 2014 of NSD Controller – Head of Internal Control of Professional Securities Market Participant and the Audit Report for H1 2014 of NSD Clearing Organization Controller.
