OAO “PROTEK” Shares to Be Added to NDC-DCC Bridge

MOSCOW – "The National Depository Center" (Closed Joint Stock Company) (NDC), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, announced that with effect of June 2, 2010, OAO “PROTEK” will be listed among issuers whose securities are admitted to the NDC-DCC Bridge.

Thus the NDC-DCC Bridge currently services the securities of 87 issuers and 120 securities issues.

Interaction between the two settlement depositories NDC and DCC began on May 26, 1999, when the first operations using the “Bridge” were carried out. The NDC-DCC Bridge allows the execution of direct settlements without any re-registration with the registrars.

Morgan Bank International” (LLC), ZAO UniCredit Bank, Deutsche Bank Ltd, and Sberbank. NDC has stakes in Depository Clearing Company CJSC (37.29%) and in Settlement Depository Company CJSC (28.54%).
