Rosbank and Technonicol have switched to host-to-host technology, a new interaction format based on Transit 2.0, a digital platform run by National Settlement Depository (NSD). NSD’s service allows banks and corporate clients to quickly exchange financial messages and electronic documents.

NSD’s Transit 2.0 platform provides secure high-speed data interchange between 1C, Technonicol’s corporate system, and the bank’s host-to-host service.

Utilizing Rosbank’s and NSD’s solutions, Technonicol’s corporate treasury is now able to use the unified interface to send payment documents and receive settlement account statements. Switchover to the host-to-host technology accelerates the payment process and makes it safer, while also simplifying internal processes. In the future, it will allow for the launch of new digital business scenarios of interactions between the corporation, banks, and counterparties.

In the short term, Technonicol plans to significantly expand the functionality and range of documents used as part of host-to-host interactions with Rosbank.

“Rosbank provides corporate clients with a wide selection of interaction channels, in particular, newest universal solutions such as the online banking system and Rosbank Business mobile app which we continue to improve, as well as different options of integration with ERP systems used by our clients (H2H). We see that our major clients are interested in Transit 2.0, and we actively support the platform’s implementation, as well as its further development to make operations more convenient and efficient. This enhances our ability to interact with our customers, and we see great potential in cooperating with NSD. We are grateful to our partner Technonicol for the trust it demonstrated in choosing Rosbank to implement this innovative project,” – said Alexey Ievlev, Corporate Director, Rosbank.

“Through the transition to the host-to-host technology with Rosbank, we expect to reduce our operating costs by accelerating, simplifying, and improving the quality and transparency of the standard business process focused on handling bank documents on a daily basis. This project is an important step in our strategy to centralize treasury operations,” pointed out Natalia Smirnova, Head of the Corporate Treasury Department, Technonicol.

“We are happy that Rosbank gave its clients the opportunity to make full use of our Transit 2.0 platform. The growing market interest in the platform reflects increasing demand for NSD’s IT services. We expect that the platform will develop quickly due to the strong support of market participants,” added Alexander Nam, Managing Director for IT Services, NSD.
