The Vice President, the Chief Operations Officer, is responsible for day-to-day operations
overseeing the departments that conduct core operations of the Company. In accordance with
the Company's organisational structure, its key business units include:
Client Relations Department. CRD employees are responsible for concluding contracts with
clients, accepting NSD clients' instructions, submitting to clients reports on transactions made,
statements on securities accounts and bank accounts, and advising Company's clients.
Securities Department is responsible for:
Providing securities holders and the Company's internal business units with corporate
information (on issuers, registrars, securities, issuers' corporate actions);
Executing issuers' corporate actions;
Processing and executing client orders to debit and credit securities as well as to process
and execute global transactions; and
Processing and executing clearing transactions.
Cash Settlement Department is responsible for:
Making settlements in Russian roubles and foreign currencies on exchange and OTC
markets; making DVP settlements in Russian roubles and foreign currencies on clients'
