National Settlement Depository is one of the key players in Russia's financial infrastructure.
As the central securities depository of the Russian Federation, NSD services securities under Federal Law No. 414-FZ of 7 December 7, "On the Central Securities Depository," as well as other Russian and foreign securities. NSD is part of the Moscow Exchange Group and operates from its office in Moscow. NSD offers a wide range of services, including settlement and cash services, registration of over-the-counter transactions (repository), as well as information, liquidity management and technology services. NSD continues to consistently develop as the infrastructural foundation of the financial market ecosystem. NSD also seeks to promote the implementation of national policies to digitalise the country's economy, including the emergence of a new asset class for investors, as well as ecosystems for ICOs and the circulation of digital assets. Providing post-trade services in Russia, we are actively engaged in the international community.
