Please note that NSD, which is also a money transfer operator and operator of the systemically important NSD payment system (registration number in the Register of Payment System Operators - 0014), will operate as follows during the public holidays in 2027.
1–3 and 7 January, 23 February, 8 March, 1 and 9 May, 12 June and 4 November 2027 are non-working holidays and NSD will be closed for all clients (including participants of NSD Payment System).
On 4, 5, 6 and 8 January, 22 February, 3 and 10 May, 14 June and 5 November 2027, NSD will provide depository and banking services to its clients, including money transfers in the NSD Payment System, subject to the rules set out by the Bank of Russia and correspondent banks. Transactions involving liaising with external counterparties will be executed depending on the counterparties' operating hours. Transactions and services using international codes will not be processed on these days.
Detailed information on the procedures for providing certain services, including the settlement of repo transactions by the Bank of Russia, the Federal Treasury, the Finance Committee of St. Petersburg and the Finance Committee of Leningrad Region in a basket of securities with clearing and collateral management by NSD, corporate actions, NSD Repository services (including the services of the Financial Transactions Register), information and other services on those dates, will be announced in due course.
On 20 February 2027, a business day (Saturday) in Russia, NSD will be providing depository and banking services, including cash transfers in the NSD Payment System, NSD Trade Repository services, and information services as usual.
31 December 2027 will be a non-working day, and no services will be provided to NSD's clients (including NSD Payment System participants).
