In fulfillment of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation dated 09 September 2023 No. 665 "On the Temporary Procedure for Fulfilling State Obligations of the Russian Federation Expressed in State Securities with a Nominal Value Denominated in Foreign Currency, and Other Obligations under Foreign Securities, Owed to Residents and Foreign Creditors" (hereinafter — Decree No. 665), on 06 July 2026 NSD carried out the forty-ninth partial substitution of obligations in foreign currency with obligations in rubles in favor of holders of foreign securities included by NSD depositories in queue 5.
The exchange rate applied on 06 July 2026 was:
Ruble funds will be paid to NSD depositories within seven calendar days after the date of the substitution of obligations, but no later than 13 July 2026.
Detailed information on the composition of payments (including dates and numbers of corporate actions, ISINs of securities, tax information) will be sent to NSD depositories separately.
The exchange of obligations owed to holders included in subsequent queues will be carried out according to the schedule published on the NSD website. The exchange rate for these obligations will equal the official Bank of Russia rate on the date of the exchange in accordance with Decree No. 665.
* In accordance with subparagraph "г" of paragraph 12 of Decree No. 665, if funds are insufficient to fulfill the obligations of one queue within a single payment, such obligations are fulfilled partially, proportionally to the number of securities belonging to the person exercising rights under them on the date of determination of persons entitled to receive payments. Thus, unfulfilled NSD obligations in foreign currency are retained in the amount for which the substitution of the obligation currency for Russian rubles was not carried out, and are fulfilled in rubles on subsequent dates of obligation substitution in accordance with the procedure provided for by Decree No. 665.
