Notification regarding changes to the list of documents provided by corporate clients to NSD

The Non-Bank Credit Institution Joint Stock Company "National Settlement Depository" (NSD) hereby notifies you that the revised version of the List of Documents Provided by Corporate Clients to NSD (hereinafter referred to as the "List") shall enter into force on May 15, 2026.

Pursuant to the new revision, Appendix No. 1 to the List has been updated with amendments to the Instructions for Completing the Legal Entity Questionnaire (Form AA001). In the "General Information about the Legal Entity" section, a clarification has been added to the "Country" field: the country of registration code must be indicated in accordance with the All-Russian Classifier of Countries of the World (OKSM). Additionally, for a legal entity that is a non-resident and holds the status of "International Financial Organization" / "International Organization", the code XN must be used.
