NCO JSC NSD (hereinafter referred to as “NSD”) hereby informs you that a new edition of the List of Documents submitted to NCO JSC NSD for the purpose of receiving payments on securities (with and without submission of a Foreign Nominee List) (hereinafter referred to as the “List”) has entered into force as of March 25, 2026.
Pursuant to the new edition of the List*:
• clarifications have been introduced to Section 1, “Terms and Definitions”;
• points 2.5, 2.9, 2.11, and 2.14 of Section 2, “Document Submission Requirements,” have been amended;
• additional requirements have been introduced for documents submitted by Holders/Foreign Nominees when providing a Foreign Nominee List (Section 3, points 3–9 of the List);
• the numbering in Section 3 of the List has been adjusted;
• provisions governing the submission of documents containing information on the history of securities ownership have been clarified (the “Note” column, points 4–5 of Section 4 of the List);
• additional requirements have been introduced for documents submitted by Holders in cases where a Foreign Nominee List is not provided (Section 4, points 6.1 and 6.2 of the List);
• requirements for documents confirming legal relations between a Holder and a foreign organization, as well as documents confirming the right to receive income (in cases where the Holder is the Beneficiary (beneficial owner)), have been clarified (Section 4, point 12 of the List);
• amendments have been made to Appendices Nos. 4–10 of the List;
• editorial corrections have been made.
The List has been published on the NSD website under the section “Documents/Documents submitted to NSD.”
