To Clients of NSD,

The Non-Bank Credit Organization Joint Stock Company “National Settlement Depository” (hereinafter referred to as “NSD”), in accordance with the decision of the Management Board of NSD dated June 25, 2026, hereby announces the introduction of a promotional period from July 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026 (inclusive). During this period, the fee for the service of collecting, recording, processing, and storing information transmitted to the Registrar of Financial Transactions regarding a financial transaction shall be as follows:

• For the provision of POS credit: 0.1% of the financial transaction amount. The fee is charged upon entry of the relevant information into Section 2 of the Register of Contracts regarding the financial transaction.
• For the provision of auto loans and mortgage-secured loans: 0.01% of the financial transaction amount. The fee is charged upon entry of the relevant information into Section 2 of the Register of Contracts regarding the financial transaction.
