Reporting Agent

We offer a comprehensive service that lets clients report to Russian and EU trade repositories easily through an intermediary, the Reporting Agent (NSD).

Overview

Clients can communicate with the Reporting Agent in a format that suits them best, with all processes fully adapted to meet client's requirements and technical capacities. This allows avoiding additional expenses associated with automation, implementation and maintenance of the relevant infrastructure.

Who can benefit from the service

Professional participants of the Russian financial market

The service facilitates submission of information to the NSD’s Trade Repository in accordance with the Russian legislation requirements with no software modifications or with minimal adjustments on the client side

Legal entities

Corporations that need to submit information to the trade repository only once

Participants that report to EU trade repositories

In this case, the client will not need to undergo identification procedures at a European trade repository. All communications shall be handled via the Reporting Agent

Signing up for the service

The service is available to all legal entities, regardless of whether they are professional market participants or not.

The sequence of actions and documentation requirements for service activation shall be agreed with the client during the application process. At the same time, the Reporting Agent will provide the client with the necessary assistance and support in completing the documents.
