NSD operates the information system in which DFAs are issued

MOEX Group offers a full range of services relating to the issuance, record-keeping and trading of DFAs, as well as cash settlements involving DFAs. NRD operates the information system for the DFAs issuance.

DFAs on MOEX means the issuance and record-keeping of DFAs in a unified system.

NSD acts as an operator of the information system in which digital financial assets are issued. Included by the Bank of Russia in the register of information system operators, National Settlement Depository is also connected to the DFA exchange operator of Moscow Exchange.

As a DFA exchange operator, Moscow Exchange is listed in the Bank of Russia’s register of DFA exchange operators.
