General Information

Managing the risks associated with the software used to work with clients is a priority for NSD and a prerequisite for providing high-quality and reliable services.

Key risks associated with client interaction software stem from potential technical failures in hardware and software suites or the availability of telecommunications channels used for interaction with clients and/or counterparties, as well as from mismatches between the software and hardware and the nature and scale of the operations.

NSD has implemented a comprehensive approach to risk management, integrated across all functional areas and business processes.

Risks inherent in software usage are mitigated through a mature risk management system, the application of leading risk management tools, and the effectiveness of IT management processes.

To increase fault tolerance and reliability of web services on the client side, it is recommended to use dedicated connection channels.
