Please be advised that since the Global LEI Foundation (GLEIF) will start using new data formats for LEI codes, National Settlement Depository (NSD), starting from 21 March 2022, will publish on its website www.lei-code.ru XML files (containing data on LEI codes of market participants and their parent companies, maintained by NSD) in the new GLEIF formats: LEI-CDF 3.1 for LEI codes, and Format 2.1 (RR-CDF 2.1 and Reporting Exceptions 2.1) for parent companies.
Starting from this date, the publication of data in LEI-CDF 2.1 and Format 1.1 (RR CDF 1.1 and Reporting Exceptions 1.1) will be discontinued, and the archive of XML files published in these formats before 20 March 2022 will remain available in relevant sections of NSD’s website.
Starting from 21 March 2022, the IOLITE web service deployed at https://gw.nsd.ru/IOLITE/ and ensuring electronic interaction with NSD via the SOAP protocol for the purposes of obtaining information about organizations by LEI codes will start providing relevant data in LEI-CDF 3.1 format.
Thus, in order to continue receiving LEI data in XML format and through the IOLITE web service, information users shall implement the formats: LEI-CDF 3.1 and Format 2.1 by 21 March 2022. Detailed information about the new formats is available on the GLEIF website.
