Dear clients,
Please be advised that on 26 October, 2017 Repository services customer committee reconciled changes to the Fee schedule for NSD’s Repository services (hereinafter – the Fee schedule).
The mentioned above changes are related to the following fees:
- raising the fee for the for access to the Repository for the purposes of control over the data registration process in the Contracts Register and Reporting Agents’ actions, where Form CM012 ‘Notification on Rejection to Submit Information to the Repository’ has been submitted. The fee is raised from 1 500,00 to 3 000,00 RUB;
- revising the Fee schedule #1 fee for gathering, recording, and processing of information on contracts on the basis of incoming messages (CM092 / CM094 Forms):

NSD shall notify clients additionally when changes to the Fee schedule will take place. In accordance with the Federal law 39-FZ, in case when the fee rate is raised, the changes shall come in effect in no less from 90 days from the moment such changes are disclosed on Repository’s website.
Adoption of the changes to the Fee schedule is planned for the December, 2017.
Changes to the Fee schedule are planned in the beginning of the second quarter of 2018.
