Dear Clients,
Please be informed that in order to comply with the Bank of Russia’ recommendations dated February 13, 2020, the NSD Trade Repository is implementing the following controls in the reporting forms becoming mandatory starting December 21, 2020:
- The form of repo contract (СМ041)
The required date must be populated in the fields:- Delivery date for the first part (fpmlext:repo/fpmlext:spotLeg/nsdext:deliveryDate)
- Delivery date for the second part (fpmlext:repo/fpmlext:forwardLeg/nsdext:deliveryDate)
- The form of repo contract in bulk format (СМ083)
The required date must be populated in the fields:- Delivery date for the first part (nsdext:spotLegDeliveryDate)
- Delivery date for the second part (nsdext:forwardLegDeliveryDate)
- All reporting forms
- It is required to populate Full official name of a contract party in accordance with the Directory of repository participants instead of the current requirement to populate Shortened official name. The instruction for completion of reporting forms with relevant amendments will be published on the NSD’s website on December 21, 2020.
The current Instruction for completion of Reporting Forms in the Repository WEB-client with new requirements for Delivery dates have been amended accordingly (the link).
The new scheme 4.5 is required for installation and available for download on the NSD’s Repository website (the link).
