On transition to the NSD’s Trade repository Web-client and discontinuing of ‘LUCH’ software for OTC trade reporting in 2016

Dear clients,

Please be advised that in scope of National Settlement Depository’s (hereinafter – NSD, Trade repository) project aimed for reorganizing reporting procedures for OTC trades a decision was made to discontinue ‘LUCH’ software as a NSD’s Trade repository communication channel starting 1 July, 2016 with keeping autoexport and autoimport functions until 1 October, 2016.

Trade Repository Web-client and NSD File gateway shall become main software for the provision of information on OTC trades, access to the mentioned above software shall be free starting 1 April, 2016. SWIFT FileAct and NSD’s Web-service will be also available to the clients.

Starting January, 2016 NSD will organize a series of workshops and webinars in order to facilitate clients’ transition process to the new software where functions of the Web-client and File gateway software and connection processes to this software will be explained.

Please note that planned discontinuing of ‘LUCH’ software applies only to NSD’s Trade repository services.
