Please be advised that on 1 October 2021 the following fee schedules will take effect:
- Amended and restated Fee Schedule for NSD’s Depository Services approved by NSD’s Supervisory Board on 22 April 2021; and
- Fee Schedule for NSD’s Withholding Agent Services approved by NSD’s Executive Board on 9 April 2021.
The main change is that the previous version of the Fee Schedule for NSD’s Depository Services has been split into two parts:
- Part I that sets out fees for depository services with respect to Russian securities (including fees for CSD’s depository services), and
- Part II that sets out fees for depository services with respect to non-Russian securities.
Another change is that NSD’s withholding agent services used to be covered by the Fee Schedule for NSD’s Depository Services have been made subject to a new Fee Schedule for NSD’s Withholding Agent Services.
The Fee Schedule for NSD’s Depository Services and the Fee Schedule for NSD’s Withholding Agent Services do not provide for any changes that would affect the fees for particular services or the payment procedure.
The changes have been made by taking account of clients’ requests to use a more precise language to describe services; certain terms and definitions have been made consistent with the applicable laws, the Terms and Conditions of Depository Operations of NSD, and NSD’s other internal regulations; and certain editorial amendments have been made to make the text clearer.
The Fee Schedule for NSD’s Depository Services and the Fee Schedule for NSD’s Withholding Agent Services are available on NSD’s official web site at www.nsd.ru in the Fee Schedules section.
