Please be advised that in accordance with the resolution of NSD’s Executive Board dated 16 August 2022, NSD introduces a marketing period from 16 August 2022 to 30 September 2022 (both dates inclusive). During this period, no fee will be charged for the services of transferring Russian securities (clause 4.1 of the Fee Schedule for NSD's Depository Services):
- transfer of Russian securities between securities accounts upon the instruction of the client-sender without confirmation of the client-receiver of securities;
- transfer within one securities account upon counter instructions of the client in whose name the securities account is opened and the operator of the sub-account of the same securities account (without cash settlements), or transfer upon counter instructions of the client-sender and the client-receiver of securities (without cash settlements).
The marketing period applies when both of the following conditions are met:
- the client confirms that the securities are transferred from a foreign depository by completing the "Additional Information" field of the instruction "Transfer from an account opened with a foreign depository without changing the owner of the securities";
- by the last business day of the calendar month, the client who initiated the relevant instruction had submitted to NSD a list of the instructions executed during the calendar month.
