NSD’s Clients
Please be advised that the amended and restated Fee Schedule for Information Services of National Settlement Depository (the “Fee Schedule”) will take effect on 1 August 2022.
The changes made to the Fee Schedule reflect the fees for NSD’s new services:
- Notifications on securities data – My subscriptions (paragraph 5 of the Fee Schedule);
- Pricing data for the OTC market (paragraph 9 of the Fee Schedule).
Pricing data for the OTC market is a new service that allows clients to receive information about quotations of securities of Russian and foreign issuers serviced by NSD, calculated as a weighted average for certain periods, based on data on OTC DVP transactions (at least 2 (two) transactions for each period) concluded in the over-the-counter market of the Russian Federation.
Notifications on securities data – My subscriptions is a service for personalizing notifications about new messages on securities and organizations, which allows to most conveniently and quickly receive information by e-mail on selected securities, corporate actions, events on organizations from a huge flow of messages coming to the Corporate Information Center of the Central Securities Depository.
