NSD Payment System participants
Please be advised that NSD acting as money transfer operator and operator of the systemically important NSD Payment System (registered in the Register of Payment System Operators under registration number 0014) will be operating over the period of 1 May to 10 May 2021 as follows:
1. Over the period of 4 May to 7 May 2021, NSD will be providing depository and bank services (including money transfers in the NSD Payment System), clearing services in the securities market, NSD’s Trade Repository services (including services provided by the Registrar of Financial Transactions), and NSD Valuation Center’s fair value measurement services as usual. Collateral management services will be provided subject to specific requirements as may be imposed by Public Creditors, further notice of which will be given if such requirements are imposed.
Transactions that require interaction with external counterparties will be executed subject to such counterparties’ operating hours.
There will be no clearing sessions in the commodity market. Due to the non-trading days at the NAMEX, trades made on 30 April 2021 on the COMMOD settlement basis will be cleared and settled starting from 11 May 2021.
2. The operating hours of NSD and the NSD Payment System on 10 May 2021 were communicated earlier, please see here .
3. The period of 1 May to 3 May, 8 May and 9 May 2021 will be non-business days, and no services will be provided to NSD's clients (including NSD Payment System participants).
