Please be advised that NSD acting as money transfer operator and operator of the systemically important NSD Payment System (registered in the Register of Payment System Operators under registration number 0014) will be operating over the period of New Year and other public holidays in 2022 as follows:
31 December 2021 will be a non-business day and no services will be provided to NSD's clients (including NSD Payment System participants).
On 3-6 January, 7 March, 3 and 10 May, and 13 June 2022, NSD will be providing depository and bank services, including money transfers in the NSD Payment System, subject to specific requirements as may be imposed by the Bank of Russia.
Transactions that require interaction with external counterparties will be executed subject to such counterparties’ operating hours.
More details regarding the provision of certain services, including settlement of REPO trades with the Bank of Russia, the Federal Treasury, or the Finance Committee of St. Petersburg involving a securities basket and with clearing and collateral management by NSD, and the conduct of corporate actions, on the above dates, as well as regarding the operating hours of NSD and NSD Payment System on 7 January, 23 February, 8 March, 9 May and 4 November 2022 will be provided in due time.
5 March 2022 will be a national business day (Saturday), on which NSD will be providing depository and bank services (including money transfers in the NSD Payment System), NSD’s Trade Repository services (including services provided by the Registrar of Financial Transactions), and information services as usual.
