NSD continues to inform you of the measures being taken to ensure continuity of our services delivery as well as to protect the health and safety of our clients and staff in the context of the global spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The majority of our employees are currently working remotely, using home-working arrangements. The employees who still continue to work in the office have been distributed between the main and the backup sites.
Regulatory requirements and restrictions established with regard to certain categories of employees: those who are coming from abroad; those who are over 65 years old; those suffering chronic diseases, are being fully complied with.
Entrance to NSD's office is prohibited to anyone unless they are our employees that have been allowed to work in the office.
Delivery of documents is being performed only subject to preliminary appointment at the NSD official website.
For the purposes of remote submission of documents which are necessary for updating of information and connecting to services, our clients are using a specially designated web-facility (Personal Cabinet of the participant of Moscow Exchange (LKU).
Despite the fact that we all have to work now in the new and unusual for all of us conditions, NSD managed to adapt its technologies and operational processes in order to continue providing services at the same level.
