National Settlement Depository (NSD) hereby informs you that on 22 July 2015 NSD published its Standard Form Services Agreement for Assigning Identification Numbers to Commercial Paper Issues and Commercial Paper Programmes (the “Agreement”), as approved by the Chairman of NSD’s Executive Board (Order No. 140 dated 2 July 2015), and the Fee Schedule for NSD’s Services for Assigning Identification Numbers to Commercial Paper Issues and Commercial Paper Programmes (the “Fee Schedule”), as approved by NSD’s Supervisory Board (Resolution dated 21 July 2015) and by the Chairman of NSD’s Executive Board (Order No. 146 dated 21 July 2015).
In order to enable NSD to assign identification numbers to commercial papers and commercial paper programmes in accordance with the requirements set forth by Federal Law No. 39-FZ dated 22 April 1996 “On the Securities Market” and other applicable Russian regulations, commercial paper issuers are proposed to enter into the said Agreement.
The Agreement and the Fee Schedule will take effect on 1 August 2015.
