NDC Appoints New Deputy Directors

The National Depository Center (NDC), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, announced today the appointments of Sergei Naumov as the company’s Deputy Director and Sergei Bosetsky as Deputy Director - Controller.

Sergei Naumov was born in Moscow on 20 February, 1955. In 1976 he graduated from the "Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics" in Moscow. He has a PhD in Economics. From 1993-1997 Mr. Naumov held a number of posts at Price Waterhouse. In July 1997 he was appointed leading specialist at Price Waterhouse, and later joined the Federal Commission for the Securities Market (FCSM) as a senior expert. From 1998-2003 Mr. Naumov worked as the Head of Internal Audit Department, NDC. In 2003 he was appointed Deputy Director- Controller, NDC. From 2000-2002 he was a member of the Board of Directors of the Professional Association of Registrars, Transfer Agents and Depositories (PARTAD). Since 2007 Mr. Naumov has been a member of the Board of Directors of DCC. He is Deputy Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, NDC. Mr. Naumov is the author of over 50 scientific studies. He is married and has a daughter.

Sergei Bosetsky was born on 20 April, 1953 in Gorky (now Nizhny Novgorod). In 1975 he graduated from Biryuzov Military High School in Riga with a specialty in military engineering. In 2005 he graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute with a specialty in financial management. In 1975-1999 he served in the Soviet (later Russian) Army. He retired with the rank of colonel. Since December 1999 he has worked for NDC holding a number of posts including specialist, leading specialist, chief specialist, and deputy chief of the Internal Audit Department. He is secretary to NDC’s Risk Management Committee. He is married and has a daughter.
