The National Depository Center (NDC), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of Russian securities, announced today the results of a general meeting of NDC members. The meeting, held Oct. 27, elected a Board of Directors which includes the following nine members:

Biography:
Sergei Lykov is a Member of the Managing Board, Deputy Chairman, Vnesheconombank. He has a PhD in Economics.Mr. Lykov graduated from Moscow Financial Institute in 1975. In 1975-1991 he worked at the Bank of Russia holding a number of posts from Economist to the Deputy Head of the Main Foreign Currency Economic Directorate. From 1991-1994 he was First Deputy General Director, First Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board, North-European Financial Company CJSC (Evrofinans). In 1994 Mr. Lykov joined Mosbusinessbank OJSC as Vice President, Director of Foreign Exchange Operations and International Settlements Department. In 1996-2005 he worked for Eurofinans-Mosnarbank as Deputy Chairman of the Managing Board - Member of the Managing Board and Senior Vice President. From 2005-2007 Mr. Lykov joined Vnesheconombank as a Deputy Chairman. In June 2007 Mr. Lykov was also elected a member of the Board of Vnesheconombank. Currently he is also Chairman of the Board of Directors, MICEX, and is a member of the Board of Director of the following companies:, MICEX Stock Exchange, Roseximbank CJSC, Evrofinans-Mosnarbank, Malev CJSC, and Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Belvnesheconombank OJSC. Since July 2007 Mr. Lykov has been Chairman of the Board of Directors, NDC.
