MOSCOW - National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, reports that Irina Antonova has been appointed as the company's HR Director.
About Irina Antonova
Irina Antonova graduated from the Plekhanov Moscow Institute of the National Economy (currently the Plekhanov Russian Economic University# in 1988 with a specialty in finance and credit. She has over 15 years of professional experience in HR sphere.
Ms. Antonova began her career in HR field in Unicombank JSB; then she held several senior HR managerial positions in Alfa Bank #1999-2003# and Unicon international audit and consulting company #2004-2006#. In 2006-2010 Ms. Antonova worked as HR Director and member of the Management Board of the National Insurance Group IOJSC. Prior to joining NSD she worked as HR Director of Atomredmetzoloto OJSC, a part of the State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM.
Ms. Antonova took part in a number of consulting projects focused on HR issues. In 2008 and 2009 she was ranked among Top1000 Russian Managers, a joint project by the Russian Managers Association and Kommersant Publishing House.
