NSD Appoints New Director For Client Relations

MOSCOW – National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, announces an appointment of Sergei Aristov as the new Director for Client Relations. In his new position Mr. Aristov will be responsible for issues of integration of NSD and DCC, including formation of the integrated depository’s client service and improvement of quality of services provided by the two companies. Moreover, his sphere of responsibility will cover matters connected with NSD’s preparation to assignment of the central depository status and other issues focused on services provided to the customers.

Mr. Aristov said: “One of our priority tasks in the near future is to follow the key principle of integration – transferring all services to NSD in the most comfortable manner.” 

About Sergei Aristov

In 1994, Sergei Aristov graduated from the Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas with a specialty in mechanical engineering. In 1996, he graduated from the All-Russian State Distance-Learning Institute of Finance and Economics with a specialty in management. He joined DCC in 1996, where held various positions from a post of specialist in securities re-registration to a position of director of client and correspondent relations.
