NSD Appoints New Director of Risk Management Unit

MOSCOW - National Settlement Depository (NSD), Russia's only settlement depository servicing the full range of debt and equity securities of Russian issuers, announces that Ekaterina Maksimova has been appointed the Director of the company's Risk Management Unit. In her new position, Ms. Maksimova will be responsible for development of the company's risk management system and will be primarily focusing on implementation of the newest operational risk management methods and technologies. 

About Ekaterina Maksimova

Ekaterina Maksimova graduated from the State University of Management. She started her career in the banking industry, specializing in risk management. In 2005-2008, she worked in ZAO Citibank and Banca Intesa. In 2009-2012, Ms. Maksimova worked as a Director of the Operating Risks Department, Uniastrum Bank.
