OJSC Uralkali Shares to be Added to NDC-DCC Bridge

MOSCOW (RNWire) - The National Depository Center (NDC), Russia’s only settlement depository servicing the full range of securities issued by Russian issuers, announced today that starting August 4 shares in OJSC Uralkali will be serviced through the NDC-DCC Bridge.

This brings to 87 the number of companies whose securities are serviced through the system. In all, 264 securities issues have been admitted for circulation through the NDC-DCC Bridge.

Established May 26, 1999, the Bridge links Russia’s two leading trading systems – MICEX and RTS - and represents a means of facilitating securities transfers between NDC, which services MICEX-listed securities, and Depository Clearing Corporation (DCC), which services RTS securities.
