NSD holds workshop on reporting to the Trade repository and changes in the Russian legislation

On 23 June, 2016 NSD held an online workshop on reporting to NSD’s Trade repository in scope of upcoming changes due to the “Repository 2.0” project implementation and on upcoming changes in the Russian legislation.

During the first part of the workshop participants were informed about the most important changes in the reporting procedures, Repository software, new Fee schedule and development plans for this and next year.

In the second part of the workshop representatives from the Bank of Russia, Elvira Borzunova and Irina Pantina, answered participants’ questions regarding closeout netting, introduction of UTI as mandatory reporting element and spoke about upcoming changes in reporting legislation.
