Dear clients,
Please be advised that in order to improve data quality provided to the Contracts register starting 27 June, 2016 certain checks were implemented for messages provided to NSD’s Trade repository.
Starting 27 June NSD’s Repository shall deny processing of messages in the following cases:
- “NONREF” / “NULL” technical elements are indicated in mandatory fields in accordance with the Bank of Russia’s Directive 3253-U unless specified otherwise;
- Chronological order for fields like “data” is not observed, e.g. “trade date” ≥ “1st leg settlement date” ≥ «2nd leg settlement date”;
- Incorrect currency sequence for 1st and 2nd parts of FX swap trade is used:
Correct sequence Incorrect sequence 1st part: currency1 = USD / currency2 = EUR,
2nd part: currency1 = USD / currency2 = EUR1st part: currency1 = USD / currency2= EUR,
2nd part: currency1 = EUR / currency2 = USD - Negative value is used for fields such as “quantity” or “sum”;
Please consider these requirements when providing information to the Trade repository.
