Dear clients,
Please be advised that in accordance with the National Settlement Depository’s “Repository 2.0” project the following documents are published on NSD’s official website (in Russian only, English version shall be available later):
- Rules for the provision of Repository services (hereinafter – the Rules).
- Model form of Declaration of accession to the Rules for the provision of Repository services (hereinafter – the Declaration).
The Rules are following changes in the Russian Federation legislation which sets the certain requirements to repositories, to the scope of documents regulating repository services and to the terms for the provision information from the contracts register etc.
Entering into the agreement with NSD’s Repository shall be done be signing and submitting the Declaration.
In case Clients, who had previously entered into the Agreement on the terms and conditions for the provision of repository services, won’t submit a statement on termination* of the Agreement of the terms and conditions for the provision of repository services in a written form during a 30-day period starting the date of publication of the Declaration on NSD’s website, shall be considered as entered into the agreement with the Repository in accordance with the Rules.
The Rules and the Declaration are published in “Repository documents” section of NSD’s website (only Russian version is available at this moment), see “Adopted documents, not in effect” subsection. NSD shall notify all participants as soon as the English version will be available.
Rules for the provision of Repository services shall come in effect on 27 June, 2016.
* Such statement should contain clear denial of accession to the Rules.
