Please be advised that a new version of Fee schedule for NSD’s Repository services (hereinafter – Fee schedule) is published on NSD’s official website.
In accordance with the Chairman of Executive Board’s Order 108 dated 27 May, 2016, new version of the Fee schedule comes in effect starting 1 July, 2016.
New Fee schedule contains the following changes:
- Reporting agent is designated as payer for the repository services unless specified otherwise.
- Fee rates and grades for information gathering and recordkeeping are revised for the Fee schedule 1.
- New fee for gathering and recordkeeping of CM092 / CM094 forms is introduced.
- Special fee is implemented for bulk-reporting when using CM08x forms (CM083 – CM085).
- Minimum invoice amount and special fee for access to the Repository (in cases when CM012 form was provided) are revised.
- Fees for making correction entries and special fee for the provision of consulting and information services are introduced.
- Special fees for individual clients are discontinued.
In addition, instead of single ‘subscribers’ Fee schedule a line of five fixed Fee schedules is added, grouped as Fee schedule 2.
Please note that by default starting 1 July, 2016 Fee schedule 1 shall be applied for all clients (Reporting agents). In case you wish to transfer to Fee schedule 2.1 – 2.5, the relevant Declaration of accession should be submitted to NSD before 30 June, 2016 (inclusive).
Those clients who decided not to provide information to the Repository and submitted CM012 form are not required to take any actions regarding the Fee schedule in case they do not plan to change their current status.
New version of the Fee schedule, including Declaration of accession, is published on NSD’s website in “Fee schedule” section.
At the same time, additional information is published in the “Payment for repository services – Q&A” section of NSD’s website, including FAQ and new presentation regarding billing procedures effective from 1 July, 2016.
