Changes and amendments to the Terms and conditions for the provision of repository services (hereinafter – the Terms) are adopted on 5 April, 2013.
Changes and amendments, adopted by the order, apply to the changes in the Appendix 2 of the Terms “Electronic messages from the Repository”:
- The following codes have been deleted from the Reference guide “Information for the receiver as to what action it is required to take in connection with a message received” (action_et):
- RPLC Form replaces the submitted for registration form;
- CANC Message cancellation request.
- In “Extract in respect of the contracts registered for the benefit of the client” RS006 the repeating block MA (Master agreement) is made not mandatory for inclusion into the document.
The adopted Appendix 2 to the Terms is disclosed in the Repository rules and regulation section.
The changes and amendments mentioned above will come in effect on 6 May 2013. Changes in the “Electronic messages specification” new version are made in red color in reference to the current version.
