Please be advised that from 29 February, 2016 a new version of the NSD’s Terms and conditions for the provision of repository services (hereinafter – the Terms) is in effect.
The changes include:
- Reporting procedures for CM092 form (Credit Support Transfer Reporting Form) and for CM094 form (Mark to Market Valuation):
- reconciliation procedures for these reporting forms are no longer applied, forms are registered unilaterally regardless of whether or not counterpartys’ reporting forms were received by NSD’s Repository.
- Sender of the reporting forms is specified:
- For CM092 forms – Principal reporting agent
- For CM094 – Reporting agent*
- Provision of the Extract from the Contracts Register by the request of the authorized persons:
- New elements were added into the ‘StatementType’ field of CM004 form.
- Changes into the Electronic messages specification (version 4.0). Differences between 4.0 and 3.7 versions are available by the following link.

* Please note that these changes do not include add-on procedure for registration CM094 by Principal informing agents, which will be reflected in the next release of the Terms.
