Dear clients,
Please be advised that additional changes have been made into NSD’s Terms and conditions for the provision of repository services adopted by the order #34 on 24 February, 2015 (hereinafter – the Terms):
- Section 2.6 ‘Payment for the repository services’ of the Terms has been amended:
- corrections made into the paragraph 2.6.1.5;
- new paragraph 2.6.1.6 on changing the Identification code for receiving payment documents has been added;
- corrections made into the paragraph 2.6.2 «Terms to issue invoices and pay for services»;
- paragraph 2.6.3 has been deleted.
- The following changes were made into the following paragraphs of the Terms:
- 2.4.3.7.1.7 – ‘Notification on rejection to submit information to the Repository’ processing order has been specified;
- 5.4.1.13 – provision of hard copy reporting forms when one side of the trade is not required to provide information to Repository has been specified.
- section on provision reports on trades with performance date less than 4 business days has been excluded;
- additional changes to the Appendix 2 of the Terms has been made.
Changes to the Electronic messages specifications (version 3.5) in comparison to the older version 3.4 is available in the appendix.
New version of the Terms is published on NSD’s website in ‘Repository regulations, rules and legislation’ section, see ‘Adopted documents, not in effect’.
New electronic messages specifications (xsd scheme version 3.5) is available on Repository’s specialized website.
NSD shall additionally notify clients when the new version of the Terms will come in effect.
