Please be advised that, in accordance with NSD's Supervisory Board's resolutions dated 24 May 2017 and 20 July 2017 to amend the Fee Schedule for NSD’s Services that Involve the Execution of Transactions with Securities with Respect to Which NSD Holds a CSD Nominee Account, or with Respect to Which NSD Provides Services for Mandatory Centralized Safekeeping of Securities, and the Fee Schedule for NSD's Depository Services (the "CSD Fee Schedule" and the "Fee Schedule", respectively), and in accordance with Order No.194 dated 10 November 2017, the amended and restated CSD Fee Schedule and Fee Schedule have been approved and will take effect on 20 November 2017.
The description of the services in paragraphs 2.3.2 and 2.3.3 of the CSD Fee Schedule and the Fee Schedule has been updated to reflect the possibility to give ISO-format instructions for the participation/cancellation of the participation of a person in a corporate action in accordance with Articles 17.1 and 17.2 of the Federal Law "On the Securities Market" (BPUT corporate action).
In addition, certain amendments have been made to notes to paragraphs 2.2.1.1 and 2.2.4.4 due to the removal of the following transactions from the scope of fee-based transactions:
- Transfer of securities to or from the sub-account “Securities blocked as a result of seizure at the Client’s depository"; and
- Preparation of reports and provision of information on securities sub-accounts in hard copy upon a client's request (IS40K and IS41K form reports).
