NSD would like to inform clients that starting 20 March 2023 the revised List of Documents to be submitted by securities holders to NSD in order to receive proceeds on securities (with the List of Holders from the Foreign Nominee Holder has been provided and has not been provided ) will take effect.
According to the updated List*:
- documents detailing the purchase of securities shall be submitted at the discretion of the Holder only in respect of Russian government bonds (OFZ) (following the adoption of Presidential Decree No. 138 On Additional Provisional Economic Measures Related to Securities Trading dated 03 March 2023);
- the forms of the documents submitted to NSD have been amended, namely the forms of the Notification of Information (Documents) (Appendixes 4 and 4.1 to the List) and the Application for payment of securities (Appendixes 5 and 5.1 to the List); and
- editorial changes have been made.
